About us
This website is operated by Bid & Win — Neelam Ghar, based in Karachi, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and authenticity
We sell genuine imported designer goods. Every item ships with its original tags, barcode and, where the brand provides one, its authenticity card.
Product photographs are of the actual item or a representative example. Colours can vary slightly between screens.
Prices
Products are sourced in US Dollars, and the price you pay is shown in Pakistani Rupees. The Rupee price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you pay, and it is what appears on your invoice.
The exchange rate used is published on the site and updated periodically. Because rates move, the Rupee price of an item can change between visits. We honour the price shown when you placed the order.
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once we have verified stock and payment. Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our confirmation; if that happens we will contact you and refund you in full.
We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address is outside our service area, or where an item has been listed at an obviously incorrect price.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, and card and wallet payments where offered at checkout. All payments are taken in Pakistani Rupees.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Delivery policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi.
