How to return an item, when you are entitled to a refund, and how long it takes.

Your right to return
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, authenticity cards and accessories intact.
Because every piece we sell is a genuine imported item, we inspect returns carefully. An item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing its original tags cannot be accepted.
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene and authenticity reasons we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery, or on any item where the authenticity seal or tag has been removed.
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or are not what was ordered.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, we cover return postage and either replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number (it looks like BNW-26-0001) and tell us what you would like to return and why. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. For our errors, we pay.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the outcome by phone or email.
Approved refunds are issued in Pakistani Rupees to the original payment method. Card and wallet refunds normally reach you within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the buyer's name.
Refunds cover the price paid for the item. Delivery charges already incurred are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
