Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched from Karachi.

Timeframes

Orders within Karachi typically arrive in 2–3 working days. Other cities usually take 3–5 working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather and courier backlogs can add time. If your order is delayed we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Delivery charges

Delivery within Karachi is free. Charges for other cities, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking your order

Every order gets a reference number in the format BNW-26-0001. Quote it when you contact us and we can tell you exactly where your parcel is.

Failed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery and contact you on the phone number given at checkout. Please make sure it is correct and reachable. If delivery fails repeatedly because nobody is available, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-send.
