What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and email address if you provide one. We also record what you ordered, what you paid, and when.

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser until you check out. We do not see it until you place an order.

What we do with it

We use your details to process your order, deliver it, contact you about it, and handle returns or refunds. We keep order records because tax and accounting rules require it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Payment information

Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure systems. Your full card number never reaches our servers and we never store it. We receive only a confirmation of whether the payment succeeded and a reference for it.

Who else sees your data

Our courier receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your order. Our payment provider receives what it needs to process a payment. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf.

We share information with anyone else only where the law requires it.

Where your data is stored

Our website and database are hosted with a cloud provider whose servers may be located outside Pakistan. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require. If you would like your details removed beyond what we are required to keep, contact us and we will do so.

Your choices
